Government Authority located in Washington, DC; USA looking for expert vendor for Document Scanning Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Scanning Services for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor should convert the documents to scanned formats, and vendor should scan around 9,600 scans with approximately 23 pages per document each month.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
